I'm worse at this than I am at journaling...

How long has it been since my last post? Over a month??? I suck.

Well, I'm reporting in today after having to get through graduation, graduation party, family in town two separate weeks, and a 10 day trip to Italy, to report I've gone down another 10 lbs (5 of which happened while in Italy, eating pizza and gelato every, single day - oh, and WINE!). I'm now convinced, more than ever, that it's the QUALITY of the food we eat here in the U.S. more than anything. Granted, I did log over 60 miles walking while in Italy, but still....pizza, bread, gelato, wine...if I tried that here, I'd gain 5 lbs - in a day!

I've now called myself out on Facebook, and have so many people asking what I eat, so now I promise, I'm going to get better about this blog...starting now!

Today, I've had:

Breakfast: 
scrambled eggs (2 eggs)
16 oz water and a 16 oz Diet Pepsi (sorry, not sorry)

Lunch:
Summer Salad (mixed greens, grilled chicken, strawberries, cranberries & balsamic vinaigrette)

Dinner:
Slice of pizza

Snack:
Small Strawberry Sorbetta

(not the best day for me, food-wise, and haven't gotten any exercise in. It's OKAY....I miss days occasionally. I'll make up for it though!)
